Welcome to my Telemedicine service! I offer convenient messaging-based visits for quick treatment of urgent care complaints like pinkeye, UTIs, colds, and more, perfect for when you're on the go. For more complex questions or a personal touch, our video visits provide a face-to-face experience tailored to your needs. About Me

Hi! My name is Lori Johnson, I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Since 2015 I have worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in family medicine, urgent care, functional medicine and telehealth. Most recently I have practiced primarily in telehealth for 4 plus years and have experience treating a variety of conditions virtually. I have seen telehealth evolve over the years, increasing patients' access to health care services.

I am happy to now offer telehealth services to the surrounding communities, specifically for urgent care complaints, offering support when most clinics are closed! I treat pediatric patients and adults, and can treat most conditions.

 

These visits are not for emergencies so if you are having medical emergency symptoms like chest pain, difficulty breathing or a severe injury please seek immediate in person care.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you take insurance?

** We are a private pay clinic, which allows us to keep care simple and transparent. You can use your HSA/FSA card to pay, and you can print a superbill from your patient portal to submit to insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Why can Medicare and Medicaid patients not use this service?

** Due to and state laws, Medicare and Medicaid patients are not allowed to pay cash for services already covered by their insurance. Therefore, we cannot provide care to patients with or Medicaid, even if they wish to self-pay.

 

I registered for a message visit. Where will my visit be?

** All message visits happen inside your patient portal. Simply log into your portal, go to the Messages section, and check for communication from your provider, including follow-up questions. You can reply directly in that message thread. 

 

What if I have follow-up questions about visit?

** Please send your question, and we will be to assist you.
